In this paper, we report the preparing and Homes of the novel chalcogenide photonic crystal fiber using a high extinction ratio (ER). The Ge Cobalt doped ZnSe and ZnS crystals are researched to determine their efficiency for passive Q-switching for 700-800nm spectral variety (Alexandrite laser).
